For every €1 spent on Newcrush products, you will receive €0.05 in Loyalty Euros.
REVIEWS
For each product review you leave, you will receive €0.20 in Loyalty Euros.
BIRTHDAY
On your birthday, we will gift you €10 in Loyalty Euros.
How The Newcrush Loyalty Programme
1.
All registered customers receive €0.05 in Loyalty Euros for every €1 spent.
2.
Points are earned once an order is paid for, and the order’s status is updated to "Delivered."
3.
You can see how many points you’ll earn with each product you purchase, and also later on in your shopping cart.
4.
Accumulated points can be used when placing an order.
Using Newcrush Loyalty
• You can use Loyalty Euros to pay for up to 45% of your order value.
• Loyalty Euros can be applied when placing your order, once you reach the shopping cart page.
• During a single purchase, you can use either Loyalty Euros or a discount code (if applicable). You cannot use both.
• Accumulated Loyalty Euros are valid for 1 year. If they are not used within the validity period, the points will expire and will not be extended.
• Loyalty Euros cannot be transferred to other user accounts.
• All registered users are automatically enrolled into the Newcrush Loyalty Programme. No additional action is required.
• Loyalty Euros are added to your balance when your order status updates to "Delivered."
• In the event of fraudulent activity, misuse of Loyalty Euros, or other prohibited actions, newcrush.com reserves the right to cancel your order without notice (refunds will be issued if payment has been taken). We also reserve the right to decrease, cancel or increase Loyalty Euros if an error occurs in the Loyalty Programme’s calculation system.
• ATTENTION! Loyalty Euros cannot be used when paying for an order with a Gift Card.
